Unser aller Dank gebührt Juergen Pintaske für die Mühe das historische Dokument zusammen gestellt zu haben. Er hat mit Charles korrespondiert, und seine Erlaubnis zur Veröffentlichung erhalten. Daraus hat er nun ein schönes Reprint erstellt, mit neuem Vorwort von Charles Moore, Bildern, und dem Lebenslauf im Anhang.
